I don’t receive the sign-in code
Check the number and try “Send again” — the code can be re-sent via SMS, email or Telegram. For non-Moldovan numbers the code arrives in Telegram.
How to reschedule or cancel a booking
“History” tab → choose the booking → “Reschedule” or “Cancel”. Spent KVT bonuses are refunded automatically on cancellation.
