Deleting your KV Barbershop account

Method 1 — in the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. On the home screen tap your profile photo → “Profile settings” opens.
3. At the bottom choose “Delete account” and confirm the request.

Method 2 — by email

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”, stating the phone number the account is registered to. To protect against third-party requests we may ask you to confirm ownership of the number.

What will be deleted

• The app profile: name, email, date of birth, profile photo.
• KVT bonus balance and history, raffle tickets, task and subscription status.
• Social account links (Telegram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), push tokens, sessions, support conversations.

What may be kept longer

• Your booking and visit history at the salon is stored in the salon’s booking system (Altegio) as records of services provided; it is not an “app profile” and may be retained for the periods required by law.
• Certain records may be kept where required by law (accounting) or for defense in a dispute — to the minimum necessary extent.

Requests are processed without undue delay, within 1 month at the latest. After deletion the account and bonuses cannot be restored. More about data processing — in the Privacy Policy.
